The presentation began at 10:30 a.m. with a large audience interested in learning about the book, its author, and the topics it covers. Among the relevant topics discussed during the talk were: the complexity of project management; roles in project management; leadership behavior in projects; and proactivity in project management, among others.
Once the presentation was over, the audience showed interest in the topics presented, which was reflected in a series of questions and contributions, emphasizing the usefulness of the book for any type of project.
