What is LEGO® Serious Play®?

It is an innovative and deeply experiential process of strategic training and transformation. It is based on research that has shown that through play, we can learn and better understand our work and personal environments, their characteristics, possibilities, and potential.
It is a powerful tool designed to model and share the vision of an organization, team, product, service, project, or problem at a particular moment in its history.
It is a practical, efficient and effective process, in which all members of the organization who participate in the Workshops (Playful Workshops) work and are actively involved.
It is the most constructive, educational, creative, and imaginative tool and toy ever invented. Every generation has played, plays, or will play Lego, and remembers it with great affection and respect for the wonderful moments they have shared with it throughout their lives. It has allowed them to learn.
